I’ve placed my order; can I add or amend items?
We are not able to make changes to an order once it has been confirmed, sorry! If you do change your mind about something you’ve ordered, you can return it to us within 14 working days of receiving it for a refund.
Can I place my order by phone/ fax?
All online orders have to pass through our website ordering system; we are not able to accept telephone orders, bank transfers or cash/cheque on delivery.
The item I want is out of stock, what can I do?
If the wallet or handbag of your dreams is out of stock, you can use the Notify Me function on the product page.
Simply enter your email address, click Notify Me and we’ll let you know when you can expect it back in stock.
I am missing an item from my order, what can I do?
Oops, sorry about that! If you have an item missing from your order, please contact our website customer service team at customerservice@borgasets.com
Can I have my order gift wrapped?
If you would like to send your order as a gift, please write to us at customerservice@borgasets.com. You may also add a gift note with a personal message.
I have written you an email, when can I expect a reply?
We try to respond to emails within 24 hours, but it can take longer during peak periods, excluding national holidays.
How long do I have to return an item?
For standard returns we allow 14 working days from the date you receive your order to return it to one of our warehouse.
Please include a copy of your web order receipt in the package to help us identify you.
When we receive your return we’ll let you know and complete your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the same payment card used to place the original order.
Please be aware that return postage is only refundable for faulty goods or incorrect orders.
Import duties/customs fees cannot be refunded as these charges originate from the government and are outside our jurisdiction.

When we receive your return we’ll let you know and send you a promotional code for the value of the returned goods, which you can use on our website to purchase the replacements.
Please be aware that the replacement items must be of equal or greater value than the items returned.
If I return an item to you, is my postage refunded?
Please be aware that return postage is only refundable for faulty goods or incorrect orders.
I have returned an order to you. When can I expect to receive my refund?
Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed, once the package arrives in our offices.

I forgot to add a promotional code to my order, can it still be applied?
Our codes have no expiry date, so if you don’t get to use it on an order, you can use it for another order at any time in the future.
My promotional code doesn’t work, what can I do?
Oops! If for any reason your promotional code does not work please get in touch with us at customerservice@borgasets.com and we will send you a new one.
- Avoid storing it in direct sunlight.
- Always let leather dry naturally.
- Avoid using harsh cleaners containing solvents – a product specifically for leather care is best.

We will according to the actual situation to deal with,if we ask you to return the product to us, any postage fees will be immediately refunded. You will not be charged postage for replacement items.
