We are not able to make changes to an order once it has been confirmed, sorry! If you do change your mind about something you’ve ordered, you can return it to us within 14 working days of receiving it for a refund.

We try to respond to emails within 24 hours, but it can take longer during peak periods, excluding national holidays. 

For standard returns we allow 14 working days from the date you receive your order to return it to one of our warehouse. 

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. If you have any concerns regarding your order, drop a line to our customer service team at customerservice@borgasets.com.
If you don’t receive your tracking code by email, please first check to make sure it hasn’t finished in your spam. If it’s not there, drop us a line at customerservice@borgasets.com and our customer service team will provide you with the code.
Shipments to countries outside the European Union are considered imports and may be subject to import duties or customs fees. These fees cannot be refunded as they originate from the government and are outside our jurisdiction.

For international returns, we recommend using a courier or postal service that allows you to track your package.
Please include a copy of your web order receipt in the package to help us identify you.

When we receive your return we’ll let you know and send you a promotional code for the value of the returned goods, which you can use on our website to purchase the replacements.

Please be aware that the replacement items must be of equal or greater value than the items returned.

Some general tips for taking care of your Borgasets wallet or handbag are:

- Avoid storing it in direct sunlight.
- Always let leather dry naturally.
- Avoid using harsh cleaners containing solvents – a product specifically for leather care is best.

We pride ourselves on a high level of quality and want you to enjoy your Borgasets products for years to come! If any of your Borgasets products are damaged when you receive them, please send a photo to our customer service team at customerservice@borgasets.com along with your order information and we’ll get in touch asap.

We will according to the actual situation to deal with,if we ask you to return the product to us, any postage fees will be immediately refunded. You will not be charged postage for replacement items.
